Tahoe Vista
Once an Old Tahoe neighborhood with cabins and homes dotting the woods, Tahoe Vista – including Tahoe Estates and Tahoe Marina Estates – has experienced a recent resurgence in popularity because as its’ name suggests, Tahoe Vista is snuggled right against the lakeshore. Located midway between Kings Beach and Carnelian Bay, Tahoe Vista has a little something for everyone.
It’s a favorite destination for lake lovers since kayaking from one of several hidden beaches, or a motorized excursion from the new Tahoe Vista Recreation Area boat launch facility are two Tahoe Vista treats. Additionally, the nearby Regional Park sports year-round trailheads for mountain biking, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing, a disc golf course, nature trails, and swing sets. But Tahoe Vista isn’t just known for it’s outdoor activities – it’s also a great place to get an ice cream cone in the summertime or enjoy a juicy steak and glass of wine in the fall.
Tahoe Vista is a level neighborhood comprised of mixed older cabins and newer homes within walking distance of a public beach, marina and restaurants.
